I would also recommend you guys to incorporate AHA/BHA exfoliant in your nighttime routine. I hardly exfoliant my skin in the morning as my skin is very sensitive and i try to avoid harsh chemicals. I also would recommend lower AHA/BHA content if you are starting out on chemical exfoliant, esp on sensitive skin.
i use paula's choice clear range anti-redness BHA extra strength (blue bottle) or 2% BHA (black bottle)
